Jesus Christ was shown to Odin in a vision of his future in the final episode of Twilight of the Gods, "Song of Sigrid." While not named directly in the series, director Zack Snyder confirmed and explained the reasoning behind including Jesus Christ in this way.
Biography[]

Odin sees his future.
After seeking the Seidr magic needed to witness his fate for so long, Odin finally achieved it by sacrificing his Memory. No longer able to look back on the past, he could only look into the future. What he saw was the rise of a new figure of worship in the form of Jesus Christ. People moved on and took up new beliefs. As Odin sacrificed himself on the World Tree, Jesus was sacrificed on a cross and new societies arose and built structures in his honor, slowly replacing Odin's story with that of Jesus.[1]
Norse origins[]
As Christianity spread throughout the real world, gaining popularity among Norse cultures, elements of Christianity were merged into the Norse belief systems of the time. This included Jesus, who was commonly known as Hvítakristr, or "White Christ." White Christ joined the Norse pantheon before eventually taking over for the old gods.
"I think in this one, to me, where we talked about this whole concept of Odin [thinking], 'What becomes of me? What happens to my persona?' And the idea that it kind of gets co-opted, stolen in a way, by the Christian God, if you will, or the Christ figure."
The Germanic epic, Heliand, tells the story of Jesus in the style of epics written for the Norse gods and was meant to introduce Jesus to the Vikings in a more palatable manner for the people of that culture. This included drawing similarities between Jesus and Odin, much like the comparison between Jesus on the crucifix and Odin on the World Tree seen in Odin's foresight vision in Twilight of the Gods.
